This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga students who have some experience with yoga. The instructor will offer modifications for newer students as well as more challenging poses for advanced students. (not recommended for pure beginners)
This class is for experienced beginners who wish to take their practice to the next level. Vinyasa Flow level one classes include the basics of a flow class, which is a dynamic practice that focuses on combining movement with breath control - an energizing and invigorating yogic experience.

In this powerful and final workshop of the series, we will drink warm ceremonial grade cacao, infused with medicinal (not magic*) mushrooms and tonic herbs. Sacred space will be held as we incorporate elements we’ve learned through out the workshops to dive deeply into the self. You will be guided into a deep relaxation after some gentle movement, where we will begin the somatic movement practice. Simply put – this is an exploration of intuitive movement for and by yourself. As the cacao moves through your body, you may feel a sense of joy, an expanded heart, and exhilaration. You may have some deep emotions arise that can be worked through and experienced through the body in the somatic movement practice. Remember, this is a safe space, free of all judgment. Wear clothes you can move and feel empowered in. No need to have attended prior workshops to join.
Smudging will be practiced to cleanse the aura prior to the medicine (cacao) ceremony.
Feel free to bring a musical instrument – shakers, drums, triangles, bells, etc. (if you would like to play a piece of music – contact Elena directly – it would be lovely to include you in this celebration)
An altar will be set for sacred objects, photographs, etc. to be blessed and charged.
