Here we offer the benefits of Yoga to all ages and levels of
experience in a non-competitive, supportive, down to earth
manner. Offerings range from Pre/postnatal, Mom and Baby,
Kids, Teens, Men and Women of all levels of fitness and
experience, families, Seniors and those with special needs.
Many classes have babysitting available.

1 the SHREE STUDIO (meaning brilliant inner light, radiance where we offer our hot and vigorous classes)
2 the PRANA STUDIO (meaning life force, our largest studio)
3 the SUKHA STUDIO (meaning happiness, joy where many kid classes are held)

Refresh your body and soul at our Tea Bar --The Transition Cafe--where we offer all kinds of yummy elixirs to quench every thirst, and many tasty and healthful treats too!

Visit our Yoga Boutique offering many fabulous lines of Yoga
wear and private label merchandise, music, books, candles,
yoga props, mats, mat bags, and supplies, essential oils, jewelry and much more. Our services include special gift packages and baskets, gift certificates.
Other special services include customized birthday parties for
kids and adults, bridal parties, and various massage and
aroma therapy treatments.
